Advanced Drifting Experience

The object of drifting is to manoeuvre your car through corners at speeds and angles beyond it 39s ability to grip the track. Drifting has been a huge hit in Japan and the U.S and is set to become big in the UK. During this experience you 39ll learn how to develop your existing drifting skills and master the various techniques before hitting the Drift track to show off your expertise and encounter maximum drift! ItineraryPlease note that this experience is an advanced level and should only be undertaken by drivers who have already had some drifting experience.Your experience starts with a full briefing. Techniques of advanced level drifting such as E Brake, Choku Dori and Feint Drift will be explained to you before you take to the track to learn clutch control, steering and braking. Once you are comfortable with the basic car controls you will be ready to hit the Drift track. An instructor will be by your side to help you get to grips with as many drifting aspects as possible as you power around the special Drift layout. The experience will last for up to four hours with around 30 minutes driving time. After the experience you will have the option to drift with an expert in a real Japanese Drifting Machine an additional charge will apply on the day for this option. LocationCambridgeshire Suffolk South East.Key informationOn purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. Minimum age is 17. Minimum height is 5 ft, maximum is 7 ft. Maximum weight is 18 stone. No previous driving experience is required and there is no need for a driving licence. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Experiences are available on selected weekends from February to November plus additional weekdays during school holidays. We recommend booking at least six weeks in advance. If your experience is cancelled due to bad weather, your experience will be rebooked. There will be a maximum of twenty four participants, with all tuition held on a one to one basis. You can bring up to three spectators with you. Dress comfortably and warmly with clothes you don 39t mind getting dirty. Trainers are recommended.
